Excellent flavor and color. Aroma is what you want it to be. Great for salads, pickling and sandwiches. I purchased the smallest size offered (4 oz.) and I probably have enough to last me the rest of my life. The 4 oz. size comes in the same container as the 1 lb. deli container. Thats a lot of dill weed. Thanks Soulard. I've been going there since I was a kid and was pleased to know I could do mail order or order online. I miss the sights and sounds of the open air market. It's alwasy a great day trip and the wonderful aroma in the Spice Shop is the highlight of my trip.
