This is an excellent substitute for ras-el-hanout.
Complex and fragrant blend with a little kick. Works well in north African and middle-east recipes where you want some mystery and bite to linger. Convenient to use also in Mexican and south American recipes when you're unable to make your own blend from individual ingredients.
