One of the older spice blends. Includes such whole spices as mustard seed, bay leaves, black and white peppercorns, dill seed, red peppers, ginger, cinnamon, mace, allspice and coriander. Used for pickling meats, making pickles and seasoning vegetables, relish and sauces.
