Wasabi or Japanese horseradish, is nicknamed nami da, "tears," in Japanese. This strong, aromatic spice with a definite "bite". Mix wasabi about 10 minutes before using. In a small cup mix 1 part powder with 2 parts wasabi powder. Mix paste in dips and sauces. Wasabi goes great with fish and sushi.
